Here’s a really simple recipe to try out this weekend and it requires no baking! These peanut butter, raisin and chocolate chip oat bars hit the spot with their gooey texture and peanutty yumminess and can be knocked up quickly and with ease.

What you’ll need:

1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup coconut oil

1 1/3 cups rolled oats

1/4 cup peanuts & raisins

1/4 cup chocolate chips

no-bake peanut butter bars1) Bash the peanuts in a clean tea towel or sandwich bag with a rolling pin until roughly broken (I bought a peanut and raisin mixed bag).  no-bake peanut butter bars2) Heat the coconut oil, honey and peanut butter in a pan on a low heat until melted and mix in the peanuts and peanut butter bars3) Spoon the mixture into a lined 9-12″ square baking tin and press down. Place in the refrigerator until cool then press in the chocolate chips with the back of a spoon. Place in the fridge to firm up for a couple of peanut butter bars
4) Once firm, cut the set mixture in to squares and keep in the fridge.
