What you’ll need:
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 1/3 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup peanuts & raisins
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1) Bash the peanuts in a clean tea towel or sandwich bag with a rolling pin until roughly broken (I bought a peanut and raisin mixed bag). 2) Heat the coconut oil, honey and peanut butter in a pan on a low heat until melted and mix in the peanuts and oats.3) Spoon the mixture into a lined 9-12″ square baking tin and press down. Place in the refrigerator until cool then press in the chocolate chips with the back of a spoon. Place in the fridge to firm up for a couple of hours.
4) Once firm, cut the set mixture in to squares and keep in the fridge. They make great bite-size treats and are perfect for a party or celebration.Let me know if you make these delicious peanut squares and how you get on. If you are a peanut butter lover then you have to make them! You won’t regret it!
